Nilesh Prajapati
CEO & Director, AppsTech Solution
Nilesh Prajapati, Brain and Soul of AppsTech Solution. He has spent more than twenty years in enterprise IT and networking, fifteen of them at AppsTech, designing and delivering the kind of infrastructure a business cannot operate without.
Since 2011 he has set the company's technical direction, keeping IT investment tied to what the business it serves actually needs in order to keep running.
An engineering graduate with deep expertise in system integration and technology-led transformation, he has led greenfield and expansion projects for organisations across the automobile, automotive ancillary, pharmaceutical, FMCG and transportation sectors — environments where the network and server infrastructure must be commissioned and proven before operations can begin.
His work has been central to AppsTech's move into metro rail infrastructure. Over seven years he served as a key technical and project lead on the Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project, working with Nippon Signal Co., Ltd. across solution design, technical planning, OEM selection, supply chain coordination and the implementation of station-level and Operations Control Centre systems.
He has since extended that capability into Automatic Fare Collection and back-office systems through AppsTech's partnership with MSI Global Pte. Ltd. on the Bangalore Metro project.
Under his leadership AppsTech has become the kind of partner clients keep rather than replace — able to deliver scalable, reliable and maintainable infrastructure services for industrial plants and public transport programmes alike. His approach is defined by technical rigour, disciplined execution and long-term relationships built on performance rather than promises.
